What is DesignerPay?

DesignerPay is the platform we use for our Trade Program. It lets you send checkout links to your clients, track every order with automatic ETA and shipping updates, and access your trade discount.

Who can join the Trade Program?

The Trade Program is for interior designers and design professionals.

How long does account approval take?

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your account to be approved. A phone call is required to open your account.

How does the discount work?

With DesignerPay, you get access to your exclusive trade discount and use it however you like for your projects and clients.

What are the production and delivery times?

Production takes 5 to 7 business days, followed by 3 to 7 business days for shipping.

Where are your canvases made?

Every canvas is printed and assembled in our Mirabel, Quebec workshop. We use a 100% polyester matte canvas that resists humidity, scratches and UV, latex ink cured at high temperature, and Nordic pine frames.
