I haven't received my order, what should I do?

First, make sure that the address entered in the delivery confirmation email does not contain any errors.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a 30-day quality guarantee on all our canvases. If you notice a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your package or if it has been damaged during transport, write to us at info@olekacanvas.com and we will send you a new canvas free of charge as soon as possible!

Will the colors of my printed artwork match perfectly with those I see on my screen?

It is important to remember that the colors depicted on our website may vary from those ultimately printed and delivered to you, due to a multitude of factors. Here are some of them:

Screen backlighting : When viewing previews directly from your device (computer, smartphone, etc.), the display's artificial brightness varies greatly. Colors may therefore appear vibrant and bright. Once printed, your canvas may therefore have a slightly darker tint.

The material used: depending on the material (in our case, the Canvas), there will be different degrees of hue, saturation (purity of a color) and clarity (light intensity), since each has its own characteristics. A slight discrepancy between the preview and the final result may therefore be observed.

RGB → CMYK : You don't need to be familiar with all the theory behind these concepts: just keep in mind that the printing process goes from 3 (Red, Green, Blue) to 4 (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) colors. While the results are likely to be very similar, a small variation is likely to be noted during the transition.

Trick:

Calibrating your display: To ensure color accuracy and consistency, we recommend calibrating your display using professional tools such as the X-Rite i1 Display Pro or the Datacolor Spyder X Pro . Uncalibrated displays may display incorrect RGB color levels (see above) and inaccurate brightness and contrast settings. Don't worry, if this is not possible, our systems are professionally calibrated and configured to ensure accurate color representation.

What are aspect ratios (picture format)?

Keep in mind that this is the ratio of length to width (1:4, for example).
The greater the difference between the two numbers, the closer we are to panoramic mode.
As a reference, you can think of a computer screen (16:9, more horizontal) or posts on your favorite social network (1:1, square format - Instagram).

We offer a variety of sizes to suit the placement you want your artwork to take in your environment. Consult the size guide on our product pages for more information.

What is the 4x6 sample? Can I use or display it?

The sample you order is intended to give you a representative idea of ​​what your artwork could look like in terms of quality, texture, materials, and colors. It will be, roughly, a portion of the actual canvas in all its details as well as a miniature version, both in a 4''x 6'' (10cm x 15cm) format.

*Since it is not designed for display or use, you will find our logo superimposed on the printed result. Of course, if you order the canvas in its entirety, it will be without any logo and ready to hang in your favorite room. Your samples will be delivered in an envelope directly to your mailbox.

Is it possible to make a personalized canvas with a photo taken with a cell phone?

Yes! A photo you took with your cell phone will make a great canvas!

However, if your photo is not of high enough quality, our system will warn you.
Additionally, a member of our team inspects each photo before printing.

If your image has errors or appears blurry, we will contact you before preparing the order!

What are your frames made of?

Our canvas supports and frames are made of Nordic pine. Ideal for frame moldings, it produces an elegant and modern result.

How do I hang my frame?

All our frames come with a 'nail-hook' system, which has the advantage of causing very little damage. With a ready-to-install wire-backed assembly, all you need is a hammer to get the job done!

As for your personal preferences, we simply suggest you ask yourself about the height at which you want to hang your work as well as the laterality (left, centered, right). For optimal results, calculate the width of the chosen wall, substitute that of your frame and get out your ruler and mechanical pencil!

My discount code isn't applied to my cart or I forgot to enter it. What should I do?

I received a gift card. How do I use it?

All our gift cards are issued in digital format. When you make your purchase, you will have the option (on the right, if you are on a computer, or the ' view order summary' tab , if you are shopping via your mobile) to enter the discount code associated with the one you were given.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Generally, it is not possible to modify an order after it has been placed. However, as long as it is still being processed, we can cancel it. If a significant amount of time has passed and you would like to make a change, contact our customer service and we will evaluate your options.
