Return and refund policy
Damaged or defective product
If your product has been damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, you can submit a return request via your customer account.
Our team willexchange your canvas free of charge.
The exchange will only be made for the same model as the original order.
Changing the model, format or frame
If you wish to change the model, format or frame you have selected, you will have to pay the return shipping costs, which vary according to the format (see fee chart below).
Return without exchange
If you wish to make a return without exchange, you can obtain a store credit applicable to your future purchases. *
To submit a return request, go to your customer account.
A member of our team will send you a return slip along with the necessary instructions for returning your package.
*Please note that all products purchased during a promotion, discount, or special offer are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Exceptions apply in case of damage, in which case we offer a free replacement, no problem.
Sample
Samples are final sale only.
The amount charged covers solely the cost of producing and sending the sample.
This initiative was created to help you make an informed decision.
Since no profit is made on this product, it is unfortunately not possible to offer an exchange or a return.
Free warehouse returns
You can also drop off your package free of charge at our warehouse at
9025 route Sir Wilfrid-Laurier, Mirabel.
Opening hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In this case, no return fees will apply, and you will receive a store credit equivalent to the total amount paid.

Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If production has not yet begun, cancellation is free of charge.
- If production has already begun, charges may apply.
- In all cases, cancellation will result in a refund in the form of store credit only.
Personalized products
By purchasing a personalized product with your own image, you confirm that you own all rights to use this image.
Oleka Canvas cannot be held responsible for images submitted that contain trademarks or copyrighted material.
Please note that products made with custom images are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Gift cards - Conditions of use
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, nor credited to another order.
