Returns

All Canvases Oleka Canvas are covered by our 30-day warranty policy . However,items purchased on sale or during a promotion are final sale, while items purchased at regular price can be exchanged or refunded according to our refund policy below.

If your product breaks in transit or shows signs of manufacturing defects, you can send a return request through your customer account using the following link: your customer account.
Our team will exchange your canvas for free.

If you wish to change the model, the size or the frame selected, you just have to pay the shipping costs for the return of the product.

One of our team members will send you the return form, as well as the necessary information to return your package.

The product exchanged under our cover must be the same model as the original order. Please note that the product must be returned in the original box to be eligible for a return or refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Oleka Canvas will replace items free of charge if they fall under the warranty policy, or if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a request through your customer account: your customer account.

Please note that products made with custom images are not exchangeable or refundable.
N.B.: Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the canvas and the delivery location.Product mustbereturned in the original box to be eligible for a return or refund.
Personalized products
By purchasing a custom product with their own image, the customer agrees to hold all rights to use the image(s) submitted. Oleka Canvas is not responsible for images submitted with trademarks or the intellectual property thereof. The customer is solely responsible for the rights to the submitted images.
