If your product breaks in transit or shows signs of a manufacturing defect, you can send a return request using the following link: your customer account

Our team will exchange your canvas for free.

If you wish to change the model, the size or the frame selected, you simply have to pay the shipping costs for the return of the product.

One of our team members will send you the return form, as well as the necessary information to return your package.

The product exchanged under our cover must be the same model as the original order.

Oleka Canvaswill replace items free of charge if they fall under the warranty policy, or if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a request through your customer account:your customer account.

Please note that products made with custom images are not exchangeable or refundable.

N.B.: Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the canvas and the delivery location.

By purchasing a custom product with their own image, the customer agrees to hold all rights to use the image(s) submitted.Oleka Canvasis not responsible for images submitted with trademarks or the intellectual property thereof. The customer is solely responsible for the rights to the submitted images.
