Un peu déçue de mon achat.. la toile est trop petite par rapport au cadre ce qui fait qu’on voit le blanc de la toile sur les côtés du cadre. J’avais cru comprendre que le cadre était en bois, c’est vrai qu’il est en bois, mais il est recouvert d’un genre de vinyle imitation bois de qualité discutable… pour le prix, je me serais attendu à une meilleure qualité. Sur le site, c’était écrit que le format 32x16 était adapté pour mettre au dessus d’un lit King, mais je trouve que ce n’est pas le cas, c’est vrmt trop petit. Je l’aurais retourné vu la mauvaise qualité, mais le retour par la poste coûte 50$.. je vais acheter ailleurs la prochaine fois. Dommage parce que j’aime habituellement consommer des produits québécois.

Ce que j’ai trouvé particulièrement remarquable, c’est que l’échantillon inclut les numéros de couleurs Pantone correspondant exactement aux teintes de la toile. C’est un détail vraiment pratique qui facilite l’harmonisation avec notre décor.

First of all, the quality of the prints and frame is most definitely top tier. Absolutely worth the price, as their options are some of the best I've seen locally.

The service is also amazing. I went to see them for a return (which was only because we wanted a different style and buy a different one) and they gave me a tour of the warehouse and showed me the printing process.

What if I'm not sure about the format?

To choose the ideal size, start by measuring your object and applying the 2/3 rule. For example, if you want to place a canvas over a 60-inch buffet, the canvas should measure approximately 40 inches, which corresponds to a size like 40x30.

You can also visualize the result directly on your wall by using painter's tape (the famous green tape) to trace the outline of the canvas.

All our canvases are exactly as shown; for example, a 40x30 canvas actually measures 40x30 inches, including the frame.

How to choose the right frame color?

To choose the ideal color for your frame, start by observing the wood tones present in your room, including the floor:

If you have pale, sand-colored wood, opt for a Light Wood frame.
For more brown tones, much like a cardboard box, choose an Oak Brown frame.
If the woods are very dark, sometimes with a slight reddish tint, Walnut Brown will be perfect.

Quick tip: the shades don't need to be identical, they just need to be in the same range; the overall result will be harmonized.

You can also coordinate your frame with the room's accessories: for example, if many elements are black or white, a black or white frame can create a nice balance.

Finally, you can base your choice on the work itself: for a painting with varied brown tones or a black and white work, choose the frame that best highlights the whole.
